About Michael
Mike began teaching Pilates in 2007. He received his training through BodyMind Balance, Inc. and is Power Pilates certified. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University. In addition to Pilates, Mike is also a student of Copeira since 2004, and is excited about learning and teaching the benefits Pilates lends to all forms movement.
